At Big Canoe Studios, each piece is made to order with care, quality, and attention to detail. Due to high demand and the custom nature of our art, most items ship within 1–2 weeks of receiving your order. Please allow additional time for printing, mounting, and packaging.

We begin production quickly, so please review your order carefully. Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your piece is already in progress and cannot be modified.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your artwork arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to repair or replace it at no additional cost, our commitment to quality doesn’t end when your art ships.
